UFC 107 Was Pretty Awesome

This past weekend's UFC 107 was packed with great fights. There was a dude that was almost 7 feet tall (6'11") and he looked pretty good. The kid had some skills for someone to be that tall.

The main fights for me were the Mir vs Kongo fight and of course the main even with BJ Penn vs. Diego Sanchez.

Mir was incredible by almost knocking out Kongo in the first minute of the fight and then choking him out. Extremely impressive. Now we all hope to see Mir again Brock Lesnar.

BJ was BJ. He almost knocked out Diego in the first round something that had never happened to Diego before. The funny thing about this fight was the Diego came in making mean faces. I think that he really didn't want to make a mean face after getting his butt kicked in the first round but he tried.

BJ then put on an MMA clinic for Diego. Rounds 2,3,4 BJ just played with him. Then in round 5 BJ turned it up and went after him. Diego ended up getting cut right above his left eye and the doctor had to stop the fight. It was a great fight to watch.

Mir has his sights set on Lesnar. That last lost to him pissed him off. I believe he said something like he was dedicating the rest of his career to taking him down lol I hope he does!!!!

I don't like BJ... he still can't take GSP! ;)

OOps I forgot to comment on #107. I was surprised that BJ could so dominate that fight.

Frank Mir is definitely becoming more of a challenge for Brock.

Frank sure looked good.
