1TBSP. Reduced- Sodium soy sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Nonstick cooking spray
Preparation: Coat chicken breast in sesame seeds and salt and pepper.
Sear in a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray,
until it is crispy and cooked through. Serve with a side of soy
sauce.
