Chicken-Nuggets (Low Fat 30)

Ingredients:

- 2.20lb turkey breast or chicken breast
- Salt
- Pepper
- spices of your choice, i.E. Paprikapowder, Currypowder, Thyme, Rosemary
- 3.5 oz peanuts
- 3.5 oz breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp Oil

Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C). Cut the meat into 1 inch cubes and season it with salt and pepper. Add spices to the meat and mix.

Chop the peanuts and mix it with the breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs with the oil. Coat the meat with the eggs and then the breadcrumb/nut-mix.

Place the nuggets onto a baking sheet and bake them for about 20-25 mins.
