Terms of service for publishers (anyone who publishes content to QuickScrib.com)
By creating a "scrib"/publishing any content to QuickScrib.com;
1. You declare that you have the legal authority to publish the content contained within the "Scrib" to a public Internet Website.
2. You declare that your "Scrib" will not be used for any type of spam activity!
3. You declare that the content you publish on our site does not contain any form of illegal documentation, instruction, advice or anything else that would assist anyone, in any way, to commit an illegal act or to assist in committing an illegal act.
4. You declare that your "Scrib" does not contain any form of pornographic language.
5. You declare that your "Scrib" does not contain any HTML.
6. You declare that your "Scrib" does not contain abusive or hateful language. This includes, but is not limited to, racial slurs, religious slurs and gender related slurs.
7. It is the QuickScrib.com Teams' sole decision as to whether your "Scrib" is published and for how long. There are absolutely no guarantees made that your scrib will be published to QuickScrib.com We reserve the right to remove your scrib(s) and/or edit your scrib for any reason we deem necessary!
8. You declare that your "Scrib" does not contain more than 2 URL's.
9. You declare that your "Scrib" does not contain any URL's that link to malicious, spam, hate, pornographic or any illegal websites, applications, documents or otherwise.
10. You understand that removal of any "Scrib" is completely our decision. The reason we do not accept every scrib removal request that we receive is because we do not require submission of any form of personal identification in order to create a Scrib. Because of this there is no way for us to know who created any given scrib. However, if you contact us and provide sufficient reasoning, (what sufficient reasoning is will be determined by us) we may remove the scrib.
